Plate and Profile Processing
Precision is fundamental in the fabrication of high-performance steel structures. That’s why we employ advanced CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery for cutting and drilling steel plates and profiles. Our state-of-the-art equipment delivers perfectly aligned holes and clean, accurate cuts, minimizing human error and maximizing material efficiency.

Assembly
The assembly phase brings all the machined components together to form the complete metal structure. Our experienced technicians follow precise engineering drawings and strict quality procedures to assemble each element with accuracy and attention to detail.
We continuously monitor tolerances and alignments throughout the process to guarantee structural integrity and dimensional consistency. This stage is key to ensuring the success of the subsequent welding operations and the long-term durability of the final structure.
Welding
Welding is a critical process that directly impacts the strength and safety of any steel structure. At Rom Service Structuri Metalice, welding is performed by certified welders using modern equipment and techniques, in full compliance with international standards and EN 1090 requirements.
Every weld undergoes strict quality control and inspection, ensuring a high-strength bond and total adherence to design specifications. This guarantees that the final structure will perform reliably under all conditions.
Surface Preparation: Sandblasting and Painting
To ensure maximum durability and corrosion resistance, all metal components go through a comprehensive surface preparation process. We use industrial sandblasting to remove rust, scale, and other impurities, ensuring optimal paint adhesion.
Afterward, a high-performance anti-corrosion coating system is applied, providing long-lasting protection against moisture, weather exposure, and environmental factors. This process not only extends the lifespan of the structure but also delivers a clean, professional finish.
Marking and Shipping
For a smooth and error-free on-site assembly, every structural element is clearly marked and systematically packaged in accordance with the assembly drawings. Our marking system is designed for easy identification, reducing time spent during installation.
